BBC GREENLIGHTS TROY: FALL OF A CITY

David Farr's visceral retelling of the fall of Troy and the collapse of a family is to be produced by Kudos (Humans, Broadchurch) for BBC 1.

Thrilling and heart-breakingly intimate, Fall of a City is set to convey the big themes of human existence, horror and heroism, of people battling to retain their humanity and compassion amidst the chaos, devastation and destruction of war.

Troy: Fall of a City is commissioned by Charlotte Moore and Polly Hill for BBC One. Executive Producers are Derek Wax (Humans, Capital) and David Farr for Kudos and Matthew Read for the BBC. Casting details will follow in 2016.
