See the first photos of Steven Knight’s new series, starring Anthony Boyle, Louis Partridge, and more.

It’s almost time to raise a glass to House of Guinness, from Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight. In his new drama series, the Oscar nominee trades the foggy streets of Birmingham, England, for the back alleys and stately mansions of Dublin — as well as its world-renowned brewery. Premiering Sept. 25, House of Guinness whisks us back to the 1860s, where the powerful and debaucherous titular family is on the precipice of greatness.
“It’s the extraordinary story of a family who happens to be the inheritors of the biggest brewery in the world. They’re young and are given the task of taking on this incredibly successful brand... The first priority is: Don’t screw it up. And the second priority is to make Guinness even bigger.”
Steven Knight - Creator, Writer and Executive Producer

You can get your first glimpse of this ambitious brood in the just-released photos of House of Guinness, below. In the images, siblings Arthur (Anthony Boyle), Edward (Louis Partridge), Anne (Emily Fairn), and Ben (Fionn O’Shea) experience ecstatic highs and heartbreaking lows as they work to live up to their birthright of black gold. Keep reading to drink in the sumptuous shots, and learn everything else you need to know about House of Guinness — from its new trailer and plot to its cast and creative team.
What is House of Guinness about?
House of Guinness explores an epic story inspired by one of Europe’s most famous and enduring dynasties — the Guinness family. Set in 19th-century Dublin and New York, the story begins immediately after the death of Sir Benjamin Guinness, the man responsible for the extraordinary success of the Guinness brewery, and the far-reaching impact of his will on the fate of his four adult children, Arthur, Edward, Anne, and Ben, as well as on a group of Dublin characters who work and interact with the phenomenon that is Guinness.

Creator Knight is excited for audiences to meet the “naturally wild” clan.
“I’m just in awe of their zest for life — their lust for life, often literally”
When does House of Guinness premiere?
All eight episodes of House of Guinness will be ready to pour on Sept. 25.
Who is in the House of Guinness cast?
The House of Guinness cast is:

Knight reveals that brothers Arthur and Edward are the “heart” of House of Guinness.
“I won’t give away the plot — but they were given joint stewardship of the brewery for very interesting reasons,” he explains. “Before he died, their father very deliberately chained Arthur and Edward together in responsibility for the brewery. You’ll find out why when you watch.”
Can I see any House of Guinness photos?
Prepare to take a dip into the decadence and drama ahead. The first photos of House of Guinness introduce viewers to not only its four central siblings, but also the cast of characters in their orbit — including the intriguing Sean Rafferty, played by BAFTA-nominee Norton.
“James was our first choice, like a lot of the cast... Rafferty is one of the most extraordinary aspects of this series. His relationship with the family depicts how modern the story actually is.”
Other images offer a glimpse of the seductive Lady Olivia Hedges, determined Ellen Cochrane, and more.

Can I watch the House of Guinness trailer?
Yes, it’s ready to be freed from the tap. The House of Guinness trailer gives viewers a peek at the funeral of Sir Benjamin — and its explosive aftermath. The Guinness siblings must take on the responsibilities foisted upon them in the wake of their father’s death, while also guiding the fate of Ireland.
“The decisions these characters make about personal issues will have consequences for the future of Ireland, which is quite a burden... The pressure adds fuel and energy to all of those relationships.”

Who is the creative team behind House of Guinness?
The series is created and executive produced by Knight. Karen Wilson, Elinor Day, Martin Haines, Tom Shankland, and Ivana Lowell are also EPs. Cahal Bannon is a series producer and Howard Burch is a producer. Shankland directed four episodes and Mounia Akl directed two episodes of House of Guinness, which is a Kudos production.
Knight previously partnered with Kudos on the 2022 war thriller SAS: Rogue Heroes (also known as Rogue Heroes in the US and Australia). After that successful collaboration, the production house came to Knight with the Guinness family story.
“They thought this project might be of interest to me since I’m interested in beer... And my answer was, ‘Yes, definitely!’”

While reading comments on a forum, I came across block breaker google inserted in the middle of a conversation. I clicked on it to see what it was like, mainly to check the presentation and content structure. A quick glance showed that the overall presentation was quite neat and trustworthy. After that, I went back to reading other comments, without delving any deeper.
